Our Tasmanian Heritage 125g Brie and Camembert cheese oval trays have become more enviro-friendly with the transition from a white, non-recyclable plastic (polystyrene) container to a clear recyclable tray with recycled content.

This cost-neutral project has contributed to both our environmental Saputo Promise commitments and industry packaging targets.

It’s the first time SDA has used plastic packaging with post-consumer recycled content and based on forecast volumes, this material change will divert an estimated 11.9 tonnes of plastic from landfill to recycling.
