To align with the Midsumma Festival, we celebrate Pride Month throughout January at SDA. We hosted morning teas across our locations focusing on the theme of Visibility Matters.

Team members came together to learn about the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies, who educated us about why visibility matters and their experience was enhanced by rainbow-coloured toasties. Rainbow-coloured lanyards were distributed to help us visibly support the LGBTQIA+ community.
