Pushing for better mental health
Pushing for better mental health
As part of our year-round commitment to mental health and wellbeing, we encourage our people to get involved in initiatives that contribute to us building a connected and supportive community. This includes getting behind charity causes that are important to our teams, such as the Push-Up Challenge to get fit while raising funds for key mental health services.
Thirty-four team members completed 55,576 push-ups (or substitute exercises) while raising $2,535 for Lifeline over the gruelling 24-day challenge.
As we celebrate their success, planning has commenced for upcoming R U OK? Day and Movember activities as we strive to normalise everyday conversations about mental health, support each other through life’s ups and downs and raise funds for vital frontline response charities.
